Abstract

Este plano de negócios tem como objetivo criar um restaurante autossustentável denominado Codium, em Aveiro. Este restaurante pretende dar a conhecer aos habitantes da cidade um tipo de cozinha sazonal, de produção local e sustentável. O serviço oferecido ao cliente seguirá os princípios “Do Prado ao Prato” e será focado na cozinha fine-dining. O investimento inicial estimado é de 204.750€ e de acordo com o estudo de viabilidade obteve-se um Valor Atual Líquido de 72.587€. A Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade é de 20% e o Payback é de 4 anos, estando assim garantida a viabilidade económico-financeira do projeto.This business plan aims to create a self-sustainable restaurant called Codium, in Aveiro.
