A descrição e análise de funções: o caso da polícia marítima

Abstract

O presente projecto surge com o propósito de estudar as funções de um grupo especial da Polícia Marítima, com o propósito de construir a Descrição e Análise de Funções Assim, o projecto desenvolveu-se a partir das perspectivas teóricas desenvolvidas acerca deste tema. Em termos metodológicos, para além da análise documental, foi utilizada outra técnica de recolha de dados, a entrevista, tendo-se recorrido no tratamento de dados à análise de conteúdo. Foram realizadas 8 entrevistas, referentes a 6 funções distintas de um grupo especial da Polícia Marítima. Este projecto permitiu apurar os perfis técnicos, as valências académicas e as competências relacionais que permitirão no futuro a adoção de práticas de gestão de recursos humanos mais sustentaveis e eficazes nomeadamente ao nível do recrutamento e selecção, da formação, da gestão de carreiras e do sistema de recompensas.The present project arises with the purpose of studying the functions of a special group of the Maritime Police, with the purpose of constructing the Description and Analysis of Functions Thus, the project developed from the theoretical perspectives developed on this theme. In methodological terms, in addition to documentary analysis, another technique of data collection, the interview, was used, and data processing was used for content analysis. Eight interviews were carried out, regarding 6 different functions of a special group of the Maritime Police. This project made it possible to determine the technical profiles, academic values and relational skills that will allow in the future the adoption of more sustainable and effective human resources management practices, namely recruitment and selection, training, career management and the system of rewards.
