Resumo
A política portuguesa de PLE resulta da democratização e da adesão à União Europeia. De acordo com Constituição, esta política é composta por três áreas, tuteladas pelo Camões ICL. Com a integração europeia, todo o ensino de línguas da iniciativa do estado português ficou regido por um documento europeu.
The Portuguese PFL policy results from democratization and EU membership. According to the Constitution, this policy consists of three areas overseen by Camões ICL. With the European integration, all language teaching provided by the Portuguese state became to be regulated by an European document.
