Resumo

The aim of this thesis is the creation of a digital marketing plan following the SOSTAC model. A study was carried out which also included market research in which a small company has to be created. The main objective is to create a plan of action capable of providing a definite direction for the birth of a business such as Da MaMa. This resulted in a strategic plan on the SOSTAC framework model consisting of a series of steps whose purpose is to control the growth of Da MaMa's business.
