Introdução A síndrome de burnout é um problema social prejudicial à qualidade de vida e ao trabalho assistencial do profissional de saúde. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o burnout entre internos de anestesiologia e determinar as características sócio-demográficas que podem estar associadas ao seu desenvolvimentoBurnout syndrome is a social problem that affects the quality of life of health professionals and the quality of their care work.
